Open access publishing provides immediate, worldwide free access to all published manuscripts. Readers can view, download, print, and redistribute any article without any financial barrier, enabling greater distribution of an article. The University Trust prides in being a publisher of a wide range of open access journals.

The University Journal of Society is an open-access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author for the personal use.

In Open Access publishing, the processing costs of an article are paid from an author’s research budget, or by their supporting institution. These Article Processing Charges replace subscription charges and allow publishers to make the full-text of every published article freely available to all interested readers. In addition, authors who publish in our open access journals retain the copyright of their work enabling the unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction of an article in any medium, provided that the original work is properly cited. These contributions also cover the costs of content processing, online availability, hosting and archiving.

All publications’ content is archived in our website server and will also try to archive at Portico, which provides archiving services to scholarly journals.

For republish in original format or publish the translated version one needs to take written permission from the author or the publisher. Please visit our relevant sections for detail.

Our journals are fully compliant with the Open Access policy.

There are no submission charges for manuscripts submitted to the journal.

The Journal does not ask any fee from the students and research scholars who are not on any fellowship or getting fund for their research.

However, we need money for our recurring expense and fee for our reviewer. Hence the Journal only charges from those who are getting fellowship or fund for their research, and the salaried person.

However, we are also aware that many scholars may not have enough money to fund their publication. For them we have up to 100% publication fee waving. Please fill and submit the publication waving fee along with your content.

THE SCHOLAR MUST NOT FEEL THE FINANCIAL OBSTACLE TO SPREAD THEIR HARD WORK AND KNOWLEDGE. THIS IS NOT ONLY HARMFUL TO THE SCHOLAR AS A PERSON BUT THE WHOLE SOCIETY. THE JOURNAL WILL CONCERN TO THE 100% FEE WAIVER TO THE NEEDY ONE.

IF WE GET THE FINANCE OR IF YOU FINANCE THE RECURRING EXPENSE WE WILL NOT CHARGE ANY FEE FROM THE CONTRIBUTORS. WE BELIEVE THAT THE SCHOLARS SHOULD NOT SUFFER TO GET PUBLISHED THEIR WORK DUE TO MONETARY OBSTACLES. KEEPING THIS VIE IN MIND WE HAVE A FEE WAIVER POLICIES.

Please Note:

The University Journal of Society reserves the right to approve or reject any waiver application. Waiver’s decision will be communicated to the corresponding author within fifteen days after the request is received. Waiver applications should be submitted along with the submitting the article / paper / research / contribution excreta with reason and/ or criteria.

Please also note that all fees will be spent for the University Trust and University Journal of Society and upcoming publication projects. This is a not-for-profit organization however, we too have to meet some essential expenses, and therefore those who wish to contribute should contribute to the University Trust and The Journal.
