Copyright and License in Brief
The Journal posts all published articles on its website as well as on select databases. Published articles may be considered for translation into Indian languages by written request from the Journal or the Author.
The copyright of all articles published in the Journal belongs to the author or to the organization where the author is employed, as determined by the author’s terms of employment and the Journal. You can also find these terms in the copyright form which you have to sign on it.
All accepted authors are sent an email with a link to a licence form. This should be checked for accuracy, for example whether contact and affiliation details are up to date and your name is spelled correctly, and then returned to us electronically. If there is a reason why you can’t assign copyright to us, you should discuss this with your journal content editor. You will find their contact details on the editorial team section above. (Please find our detail copy right policy on the Journal website.)
The author’s and the Journal hold the copyright of published articles. When the article is accepted for publication by the Journal, the copyright is transferred to the journal.
The Journal follows policy of the open access journals states at the appropriate place on this website. Both author and the Journal have equal right to give license to the third party. However, if the Journal does, the Journal will inform the concerned author via given email and message on the given mobile number.
All rights, including copyright and database right, in this Journal, the Journal website and its contents, are owned by or licensed to the Journal, or otherwise used by the Journal as permitted by applicable law.
Except as permitted above, you undertake not to copy, store in any medium (including in any other website), distribute, transmit, re-transmit, broadcast, modify, or show in public any part of the Journal without the prior written permission of the Journal.
