WAYS OF ORIENTATION OF EDUCATIONAL COMPLEX FOR THE NEED FOR THE LABOR MARKET
In the conditions of further liberalization of market relations in the economy, the formation of fundamentally new innovative approaches and requirements for the process of training the recruitment of professional personnel for the national economy, the place and role of the educational services system must also change and adapt to the conditions of market relations. Old centralized and administrative forms of management should be gradually replaced by direct contractual relations in terms of the number and types of training of specialists between educational institutions and the real sector of the economy. In the article, based on the current situation with the problems of modern training of professional personnel, attempts have been made to justify the need for further improvement of the management system of the educational sphere of the country, the transition from quantitative parameters of the assessment of the activities of educational institutions and qualitative parameters.
